The first set I got for free from a friend. The second one I purchased with a good discount using a special promo code. But it seems like I’ll have to pay full price for the third one, haha. Honestly, if I hadn’t received the first set for free, I probably wouldn’t have spent that kind of money on a supplement package from an unknown brand.
But let me share my experience: for the first three weeks, I didn’t notice any changes. Except maybe going to the bathroom more often. Also, I absolutely hate taking pills and constantly forget about them, so my intake wasn’t exactly consistent. However, by the end of the third week, I noticed something interesting: I’m preparing for some very difficult exams and also trying to lose weight at the same time. So, I study for about 30 minutes, then hop on the elliptical for 15 minutes of cardio. And I repeat this cycle several times. Previously, when I did cardio, my heart rate would shoot up to 130 or even 150. Now, it doesn’t go above 120 at all. The last time I measured, it was only 109. And this is despite the fact that I’ve been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation.
On top of that, I used to yawn a lot during workouts, which meant my body wasn’t getting enough oxygen. Now, that’s gone. As for stress – I have plenty of it in my life, and I’m the kind of person who reacts to everything. I can’t say I’ve become calmer. I never had issues with sleep before, and as for cognitive function and memory, it’s hard to judge. Yes, I’m studying, and it’s not easy, but I’m making progress. Whether it’s because of the supplements or not, I can’t say.
But when it comes to physical performance, the difference is obvious. So yes, I’ll buy the third set to complete the recommended three-month course, and after that, I’ll probably stick to just Ashwagandha and mushrooms.
P.S. The krill oil in the set has a strong, distinct smell. I asked about it, and they said it’s because there’s no deodorization to preserve all its properties. That said, I didn’t experience any unpleasant fishy burps like I do when taking regular fish oil.
